North Kent Summer League update (June)

The busy summer season continues with some reasonable results for Chislehurst teams, with our Mixed 1 team scoring home victories over Catford Wanderers 2 and David Lloyd Dartford, Mixed 2 also beating Catford Wanderers 3, and the Men’s team visiting Old Wilsonians to achieve a notable draw. After a positive start the their season, however, the Ladies team travelled to the Parklangley Club in Beckenham and to Gravesham, sadly with little reward for their efforts against tough opponents in challenging conditions, and the Midweek Mixed team made the short trip to Blackheath, losing by 2 and a half rubbers to 1 and a half.
