Mixed 2 Season Starts

The summer season recently got underway for our Mixed 2 team, with a fixture against new entrants to the North Kent League, Open Door, based just along the A20 at Blackheath.  Travelling to meet the new opponents, Mixed 2 encountered a strong team and went down to defeat by 5 1/2 rubbers to 1/2, our team comprising Chikako and Bryan Forbes, sister & brother pairing Holly and Ben Cunliffe, and Sue Sheen with debutant James Milanovic. We are hoping for better luck in the return fixture!
